No one likes to be surprised when it comes to financial matters.  That’s why we take certain measures to insure that you are fully aware and educated of any treatment that is recommended and any costs associated with it.  If you have been diagnosed with treatment by one of our Dentists, our Treatment Coordinator will sit down and review your written estimate that will include treatment, insurance coverage, costs, and payment options that are available so there are absolutely no surprises!  In addition we accept cash, check and all major credit cards.  For our patients that choose to finance their dental fees, we offer Carecredit© (www.carecredit.com/webtoolkit/dental).

INSURANCE
Your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. Our Insurance Coordinator will submit all insurance claims for you.    Our office is not involved in setting your coverage limits, waiting periods, missing tooth clauses, or replacement periods. If you obtain new insurance coverage at any time, we ask that you notify us right away with the information so that we may process your claim on your behalf, in an accurate and timely manner. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account and do ask that your estimated portion be paid at the time of service.
